The wind increased when Tomé Toledo made the kick off in the second half. Platina EC's Tomé Toledo got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leonardo Vander hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Gualter Sena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Norberto Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gualter Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Kléber Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Dráuzio Guimarães kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sandro Hames. That made the score 0-2 in the 90 minute of play. A collision led to Platina EC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Christiano Couto hit a great ball. Sandro Hames made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Kléber Pereira sent off a good shot on target.
