Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Samuel Cearense started the match with the kick off. Clóvis Xavier charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clóvis Xavier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Clóvis Xavier kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Paulo Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Valle having to interfere. Sebastião Quirino succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 11th playminute. In the 15th match minute, Vassoural AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tostão Moreno to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Nascimento in the 22nd minute of play forced Vassoural AD's goalkeeper Rui Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dário Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Rui Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. A collision led to Vassoural AD getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Duda Brito hit a great ball. Fabiano Passos missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 31 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Rui Valle right hand side. 33 minutes into the match, Vassoural AD's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Nascimento came free, but Rui Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dário Azevedo's late challenge caught a Segredo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dário Azevedo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Vassoural AD getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Dário Azevedo hit a great ball. Samuel Cearense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Nascimento made a kick off. Sebastião Quirino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Orlando Quaresma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastião Quirino, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Orlando Quaresma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dário Azevedo in the 66th minute of play. After having played for 68 minutes, Samuel Cearense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vassoural AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Cearense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Samuel Cearense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Orlando Quaresma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Cearense in the 76th minute of play forced Segredo FC's goalkeeper Orlando Quaresma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the game, Paulo Nascimento recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rui Valle. Paulo Nascimento showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. The supporters of Vassoural AD booed when Segredo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Meireles didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Segredo FC's zone, Samuel Cearense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orlando Quaresma came out of the goal and Samuel Cearense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Orlando Quaresma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastião Quirino, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
