Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Mariom SC's Júnior Dias started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Vitório Costa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cauã Corrêa. Mariom SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vitório Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 8th minute, Vitório Costa made a precise shot to the right of Cauã Corrêa. Mariom SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 13 minutes into the game, Luizinho Tepedino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gramal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mariom SC the free kick. A collision led to Gramal getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Luizinho Tepedino hit a great ball. In the 14th minute of the match Róbson Novaes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mário Madureira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Leopoldo Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After 27 played minutes Gramal got a freekick which was hit by Dinei Gaúcho. Róbson Novaes's shot from long distance in the 28th minute was not bad at all, but Gramal's Mário Madureira knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Mariom SC's zone, Vitório Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cauã Corrêa came out of the goal and Vitório Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo de Brito in the 36th minute of play forced Mariom SC's goalkeeper Cauã Corrêa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Vitório Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Luizinho Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmundo de Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauã Corrêa having to interfere. The Mariom SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gramal were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vitório Costa made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Vitório Costa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cauã Corrêa. The goal made the score 0-3. In the 71st minute, Edmundo de Brito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mariom SC's Júnior Dias got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mariom SC's Cauã Corrêa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Mariom SC from getting a goal against them. Gramal's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
