Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the game, Afonsinho Vasconcelos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arumim FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maloca the free kick. Maloca's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Válter Pires in the 7th minute. The corner led Maloca's Válter Pires to fire away a dangerous shot which Aluísio Dante despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Hames in the 10th minute of play forced Arumim FC's goalkeeper Aluísio Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramón Bastos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristian Palmeira having to make a save. 18 minutes into the match, Maloca's goal looked a bit too open when Ramón Bastos came free, but Cristian Palmeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Luís Fábio Barreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, Maloca's Válter Pires broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 26 minutes, Adelino Veiga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arumim FC and the Maloca players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Arumim FC's Adelino Veiga got a free kick in the 27th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Maloca's Válter Pires tried to score from far away in the 27th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Cristian Palmeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel de Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the match, Maloca's goal looked a bit too open when Ramón Bastos came free, but Cristian Palmeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ramón Bastos came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Arumim FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramón Bastos couldn't finish the play. After 45 played minutes Arumim FC got a freekick which was hit by Adelino Veiga. Maloca's Igor Hames got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arumim FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 48th minute, when Igor Hames scored to the left of an out of position Aluísio Dante, making the score, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Igor Hames made a kick off. In the 57th minute of the match, Ramón Bastos tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cristian Palmeira saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 63 minutes into the match, Igor Hames notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Arumim FC's Aluísio Dante. Aluísio Dante was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Igor Hames recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. During the 82nd minute of the match Adelino Veiga completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Adelino Veiga a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 83rd match minute, Arumim FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Veiga to maneuver through the defense. Tadeu Moraes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 98thth minute of the game Tadeu Moraes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arumim FC's Aluísio Dante was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Maloca had won after a very even match.
