Fabiano Ortiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elói Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Andrelandia FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Romeu Arantes hit a great ball. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jacarecoara's goalkeeper Paulinho Mello, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Elói Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rony Loyola succeeded in the game's 40th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. In the 48th minute Rony Loyola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulinho Mello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elói Correia to make the kick off. In the 92nd minute Olívio Bittencourt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Ortiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, Haroldo Salgado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jacarecoara's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Andrelandia FC the free kick. If Joel Pimenta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Andrelandia FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Jacarecoara.
