After 4 minutes, Sílvio Correia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Touros FC and the Andrelandia FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th minute, Válbson Gaúcho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romário Dias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rony Loyola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Touros FC's Romário Dias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Touros FC from getting a goal against them. In the 18th minute, Pedrão Lopes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Touros FC's Sílvio Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Pedrão Lopes, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 22 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Fabiano Ortiz was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Rony Loyola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romário Dias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rony Loyola in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute Rony Loyola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romário Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute Pedrão Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Ortiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Andrelandia FC's Rony Loyola slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Romário Dias. That made the score 1-0 after 33 minutes of play. 36 minutes into the match, Andrelandia FC's Joel Pimenta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romário Dias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Pedrão Lopes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Touros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedrão Lopes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabiano Ortiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rony Loyola got free with Romário Dias in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Joel Pimenta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Romário Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 54 played minutes Touros FC got a freekick which was hit by Zé Augusto Pena. In the 55thth minute of the game Joel Pimenta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Touros FC's Romário Dias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 56th match minute, Touros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Augusto Pena to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Andrelandia FC's Fernando Quintal got a free kick in the 58th minute. Fabiano Ortiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedrão Lopes in the 59th minute of the match. Válbson Gaúcho hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute Joel Pimenta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romário Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
