Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wellington Meireles started the match with the kick off. When Marquinhos Seco came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Tamanqueira SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marquinhos Seco couldn't finish the play. 7 minutes into the match, Ibateguara SS's goal looked a bit too open when Marquinhos Seco came free, but Mathias Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 10th play minutes Víktor do Vale shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Mathias Costa and just under the crossbar into goal. João Paulo Queiroz kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute of the match Gernando Albuquerque sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mathias Costa skillfully saved the ball. Mathias Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marquinhos Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Luizão Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquinhos Seco in the 23rd minute of play forced Ibateguara SS's goalkeeper Mathias Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 minutes of play, Tamanqueira SC's Marquinhos Seco made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mathias Costa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Víktor do Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias Costa having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Marquinhos Seco put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Mathias Costa. Luís Paulo Bittencourt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wellington Meireles went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After the first half Tamanqueira SC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Marquinhos Seco made the kick off in the second half. João Paulo Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Paulo Bittencourt having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wellington Meireles in the 56th minute of play forced Tamanqueira SC's goalkeeper Luís Paulo Bittencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Víktor do Vale got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Marquinhos Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 61st minute, Víktor do Vale left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tamanqueira SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. With a little luck, Ibateguara SS's Mathias Costa got control of the ball when Víktor do Vale tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Douglas Valladares fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ibateguara SS's protests and gave Douglas Valladares a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Tamanqueira SC booed when Ibateguara SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Douglas Valladares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marquinhos Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Tamanqueira SC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Adalmo Marinho hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Tamanqueira SC's goal looked a bit too open when Wellington Meireles came free, but Luís Paulo Bittencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marquinhos Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Mathias Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ibateguara SS getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Nilton Paranaense hit a great ball. Ibateguara SS's Mathias Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marquinhos Seco in the 86th minute of play. After having played for 88 minutes, Luizão Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ibateguara SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luizão Duarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Rafa Pinheiro fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tamanqueira SC's protests and gave Rafa Pinheiro a yellow card for diving instead. Rafa Pinheiro hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. When the match was over Tamanqueira SC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ibateguara SS throughout the match.
