Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 7 minutes into the game, Custódio Lara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Abapa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Curinhaem the free kick. Ian Pimenta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dráusio Paraíba took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ricardinho Magalhães. Abapa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Oséas Arósio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Ian Pimenta put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ricardinho Magalhães. In the 23rd minute, Edmundo Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Pimenta in the 26th minute of play forced Abapa's goalkeeper Ricardinho Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oséas Arósio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaltino Messias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgard Quadros having to make a save. When Curinhaem's Ian Pimenta in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Abapa's goalie prevented a goal. In the 39th match minute, Abapa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo Paranaense to maneuver through the defense. Edgard Quadros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaltino Messias in the 43rd minute of the match. Custódio Lara hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Abapa's goal looked a bit too open when Ian Pimenta came free, but Ricardinho Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ian Pimenta to strike the kick off in the second half. Abapa's Ricardinho Magalhães proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Abapa from getting a goal against them. In the 56th minute, Isaltino Messias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Curinhaem's Ian Pimenta got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oséas Arósio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 79 minutes, Tião Vinhas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curinhaem's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tião Vinhas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ian Pimenta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ricardinho Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes into the game, Ian Pimenta recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ricardinho Magalhães. Ian Pimenta showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. When Ian Pimenta came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Curinhaem fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ian Pimenta couldn't finish the play. Tião Vinhas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Ricardinho Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Curinhaem walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
