Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Petonha AD's Cléber Silva started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Luiz Fabiano de Amaral's late challenge caught a Petonha AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luiz Fabiano de Amaral helped the player get up and apologised. In the 2nd match minute, Macena SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Fabiano de Amaral to maneuver through the defense. Cléber Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Cléber Silva came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Petonha AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cléber Silva couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Petonha AD's zone, Alberto Pinheiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robinho Melo came out of the goal and Alberto Pinheiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robinho Melo stood somewhat misplaced when Léo Alves came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 17 minute. Eriberto Travassos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cléber Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 2-0 became the score in the 31st minute when Léo Alves elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Léo Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robinho Melo having to interfere. When Léo Alves came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Macena SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Léo Alves couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Léo Alves kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Robinho Melo. That made the score 3-0 in the 41 minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Petonha AD's goalkeeper Robinho Melo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Pinheiro. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Léo Alves to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Alberto Pinheiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Macena SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Robinho Melo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Léo Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Pinheiro in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robinho Melo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Robinho Melo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Pinheiro in the 62nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Petonha AD's Adhemar Carvalho got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Robinho Melo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Mendonça in the 64th minute of play. Oséas Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Enrique Mendonça, 67 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 70th match minute, Macena SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Macena SS getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Luiz Fabiano de Amaral hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the match, Alberto Pinheiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robinho Melo. Petonha AD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Pinheiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. After a defensive mix-up in Petonha AD's zone, Léo Alves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robinho Melo came out of the goal and Léo Alves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Macena SS fully deserved thier win.
