An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luís da Silveira in the 7th minute of play forced Caveira AD's goalkeeper Fausto Guedes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fausto Guedes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amílton Tinoco in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute Amílton Tinoco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Guedes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Luís da Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Guedes having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin Travassos got free with Pedro Paulo Penha in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Albertinho Mendes struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Pedro Paulo Penha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caveira AD. After 22 played minutes, Caveira AD's Oséas Eger shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedro Paulo Penha came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Caveira AD reached it. Pedro Paulo Penha was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Albertinho Mendes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 31 minute of play. In the 35th play minute Benjamin Travassos came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Pedro Paulo Penha. 2-0. 40 minutes into the match, Caveira AD's goal looked a bit too open when Amílton Tinoco came free, but Fausto Guedes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albertinho Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Paulo Penha having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Pedro Paulo Penha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benjamin Travassos's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. A collision led to Ramalho getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Otávio Félix hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luís da Silveira in the 56th minute of play forced Caveira AD's goalkeeper Fausto Guedes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Régis Barbosa hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. The Caveira AD fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Caveira AD's Albertinho Mendes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Benjamin Travassos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Pedro Paulo Penha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Igor do Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Pedro Luís da Silveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Fausto Guedes made a huge save. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caveira AD's goalkeeper Fausto Guedes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pedro Paulo Penha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albertinho Mendes in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Albertinho Mendes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Pedro Paulo Penha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Magno Valle's late challenge caught a Ramalho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Magno Valle helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd minute there was a penalty for Ramalho. Ian Moreira stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fausto Guedes. 4-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albertinho Mendes in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Paulo Penha saved Ramalho from getting behind. Cláudio Peixoto kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Pedro Luís da Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Fausto Guedes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caveira AD's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
