Nilmar Tande struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Perivaldo Moraes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caibros FC. In the 18th minute, Caio Fantini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adalberto Urbano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Caio Fantini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adalberto Urbano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caio Fantini, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elivélton Xavier during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 40 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Guayuba! With a little luck, Guayuba's Perivaldo Moraes got control of the ball when Rafa de Alcântara tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Guayuba's Perivaldo Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nilmar Tande in the 79th minute of play. When Caibros FC's Rafa de Alcântara in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Guayuba's Perivaldo Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nilmar Tande in the 91st minute of play. Perivaldo Moraes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nilmar Tande's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Chants of Guayuba echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Caibros FC had held the ball for most of the match.
