Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luís Fabiano Hames started the match with the kick off. Augusto de Queirós's late challenge caught a Estrella's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augusto de Queirós helped the player get up and apologised. After 7 played minutes Tefe AD got a freekick which was hit by Augusto de Queirós. 9 minutes into the game, Luís Fabiano Hames was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estrella's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tefe AD the free kick. Luís Fabiano Hames hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Estrella's Felippe Viana got control of the ball when Ernesto Souto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alexandre da Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Fabiano Hames in the 13th minute of the match. The long shot by Edgar Abreu in the 17th minute really tested Felippe Viana's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aníbal Quadros in the 19th minute of play forced Tefe AD's goalkeeper Alexandre da Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norberto Miranda hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the game, Norberto Miranda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estrella's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tefe AD the free kick. In the 21st match minute, Estrella was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Miranda to maneuver through the defense. When Tefe AD's Umberto Antunes in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Estrella's goalie prevented a goal. Felippe Viana made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Ernesto Souto sent off a good shot on target. Donato Fontes charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donato Fontes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 24 played minutes Estrella got a freekick which was hit by Donato Fontes. If Umberto Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandre da Cunha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aníbal Quadros went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Aníbal Quadros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luís Fabiano Hames fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre da Cunha having to interfere. Estrella's Aníbal Quadros got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Umberto Antunes made a kick off. Alexandre da Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Fabiano Hames in the 56th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Aníbal Quadros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Estrella's supporters rose to their feet, but Aníbal Quadros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre da Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luís Fabiano Hames sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aníbal Quadros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ernesto Souto struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Felippe Viana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tefe AD. Ernesto Souto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Felippe Viana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Umberto Antunes notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Estrella's Felippe Viana. Felippe Viana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Estrella players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Tefe AD from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
