Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Adelino da Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Madureira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Danilo Dias hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Léo Paraíba in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Adelino da Cunha, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Raimundo Madureira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Adelino da Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raimundo Madureira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 30 minutes, Léo Paraíba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Creciuna SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Léo Paraíba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Creciuna SC's goalkeeper Isaltino Veiga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Creciuna SC's zone, Danilo Dias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaltino Veiga came out of the goal and Danilo Dias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th minute Danilo Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaltino Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaltino Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horácio Gonçalves in the 38th minute of play. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Horácio Gonçalves sped through Creciuna SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Isaltino Veiga. Raimundo Madureira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Adelino da Cunha made a huge save. After the first half Bergamasco were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 53 played minutes Bergamasco got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Dracena. Ronaldão Montenegro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adelino da Cunha. Bergamasco's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Raimundo Madureira took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adelino da Cunha. Adelino da Cunha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Danilo Dias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horácio Gonçalves got free with Isaltino Veiga in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isaltino Veiga made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Horácio Gonçalves sent off a good shot on target. If Danilo Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doriva Neto lost his temper 83 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 83 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bergamasco! Adelino da Cunha had in the 85thth minute some difficulties stopping Ronaldão Montenegro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Adelino da Cunha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ronaldão Montenegro went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Adelino da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Madureira, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 94th minute of the match, Horácio Gonçalves got a very nice opportunity to score, but Isaltino Veiga was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Raimundo Madureira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adelino da Cunha having to interfere.
