Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sidnei Loyola started the match with the kick off. Téo Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aymores FC's Ulisses Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geovanni Maia in the 7th minute of play. Dionísio Galvão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Figueiredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. A collision led to Aymores FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Denílson Lara hit a great ball. Claraval SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sydney Bezerra in the 13th minute. After taking down the ball on Claraval SC's corner Sydney Bezerra fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ulisses Neto quite easily take care of the ball. Sidnei Loyola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionísio Galvão having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Juan Meireles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 18 played minutes, Aymores FC's Luizinho Fonseca shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dionísio Galvão came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Aymores FC reached it. Téo Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Téo Garcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Aymores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Geovanni Maia came free, but Ulisses Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sidnei Loyola took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dionísio Galvão. Dionísio Galvão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Claraval SC's Sydney Bezerra shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 41st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ulisses Neto but with some difficulty. Ulisses Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovanni Maia in the 42nd minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Geovanni Maia to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sidnei Loyola in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dionísio Galvão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Aymores FC's Luizinho Fonseca got a free kick in the 53rd minute. When Téo Garcia came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Claraval SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Téo Garcia couldn't finish the play. Denílson Lara charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denílson Lara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Aymores FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norberto Figueiredo got free with Dionísio Galvão in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Téo Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Ulisses Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 81 minutes of play, Claraval SC's Geovanni Maia made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulisses Neto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aymores FC's Ulisses Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Téo Garcia in the 87th minute of play. Norberto Figueiredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Dionísio Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Claraval SC booed when Aymores FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denílson Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sydney Bezerra was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 98th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
