Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Acácio Corrêa made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Acácio Corrêa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arí Breckenfeld. Giovani's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Acácio Corrêa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Acácio Corrêa in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arí Breckenfeld prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zé Ortiz came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Giovani's Gonçalo Quaresma. But to his dismay, Gonçalo Quaresma quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Albertino Pirani might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arí Breckenfeld. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Albertino Pirani ran back to his position shaking his head. Albertino Pirani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 24 played minutes Magno SC got a freekick which was hit by Geraldo Branco. Zé Ortiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caio Lago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gonçalo Quaresma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Magno SC's Geraldo Branco got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albertino Pirani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arí Breckenfeld having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Caio Lago was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albertino Pirani in the 56th minute of play forced Giovani's goalkeeper Arí Breckenfeld to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Zé Ortiz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Albertino Pirani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Acácio Corrêa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Magno SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Acácio Corrêa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arí Breckenfeld having to interfere. Noel Severo hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute Acácio Corrêa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arí Breckenfeld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Natanael Ramalho kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Arí Breckenfeld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Acácio Corrêa, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Belmiro de Andrade during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Giovani getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Belmiro de Andrade hit a great ball. If Gonçalo Quaresma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arí Breckenfeld came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Magno SC's Albertino Pirani. But to his dismay, Albertino Pirani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The supporters of Giovani booed when Magno SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geraldo Branco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Magno SC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
