Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pedrinho Botelho started the match with the kick off. If Pedrinho Botelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wiliam Zanette received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Paulo Cosme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedrinho Botelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Cosme having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Salobre SS's Fábio Gomes got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 12thth minute of the game Wanderson Monteiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salobre SS's Vito Bittencourt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paulo Cosme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrinho Botelho in the 14th minute of play. Wiliam Zanette recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Salobre SS getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Fábio Gomes hit a great ball. José Soares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vito Bittencourt having to make a save. Wanderson Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Vito Bittencourt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiliam Zanette in the 27th minute of play forced Garapa's goalkeeper Paulo Cosme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Salobre SS's Pedrinho Botelho in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Garapa's goalie prevented a goal. 33 minutes into the game, Ernani Donato was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Garapa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salobre SS the free kick. Adalberto Mumbach kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Júnior Arantes, 37 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Wiliam Zanette might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulo Cosme. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wiliam Zanette ran back to his position shaking his head. Paulo Cosme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Zonta, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After 42nd play minutes Pedrinho Botelho shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Paulo Cosme and just under the crossbar into goal. 47 minutes into the game, Júnior Arantes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Salobre SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Garapa the free kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The wind increased when Wanderson Monteiro made the kick off in the second half. Vladimir Branco charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vladimir Branco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Garapa getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Vladimir Branco hit a great ball. Wiliam Zanette's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paulo Cosme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. If Pedrinho Botelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Garapa getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Augusto Correia hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedrinho Botelho in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Cosme saved Garapa from getting behind. In the 77th minute, Salobre SS's Pedrinho Botelho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Paulo Cosme. Paulo Cosme yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. After a rather tough play, Salobre SS's Wiliam Zanette got a free kick in the 86th minute. Wiliam Zanette recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Garapa's Paulo Cosme proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Garapa from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd minute, Wanderson Monteiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94thth minute of the game José Soares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salobre SS's Vito Bittencourt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. José Soares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wanderson Monteiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Salobre SS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
