Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antônio Carlos Moraes kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Caras booed when Muzambinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guilherme Varela didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute Douglas Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cido Urbano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cido Urbano came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Caras's Douglas Gerber. But to his dismay, Douglas Gerber quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Luís Fernando Barral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antônio Carlos Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Germano Guerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Fernando Barral having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, Germano Guerra notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Caras's Luís Fernando Barral. Luís Fernando Barral was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Douglas Gerber made the kick off in the second half. When Douglas Gerber came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Caras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Douglas Gerber couldn't finish the play. 56 minutes into the match, Muzambinho's goalkeeper Cido Urbano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Orlando Mumbach. 58 minutes into the match, Caras's Orlando Mumbach sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cido Urbano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Antônio Carlos Moraes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Fernando Barral was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Orlando Mumbach could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Cido Urbano made a huge save. Douglas Gerber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Cido Urbano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Róbson Vidal charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Róbson Vidal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Róbson Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Antônio Carlos de Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Fernando Barral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Germano Guerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 85 played minutes Muzambinho got a freekick which was hit by Caco Fantini. When Gernando Velloso fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caras's protests and gave Gernando Velloso a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Caras getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Gernando Velloso hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Germano Guerra in the 90th minute of play forced Caras's goalkeeper Luís Fernando Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cido Urbano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douglas Gerber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orlando Mumbach who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Cido Urbano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Muzambinho getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Guilherme Varela hit a great ball. When Douglas Gerber came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Caras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Douglas Gerber couldn't finish the play. Flávio Tinoco kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on Caras's corner Gernando Velloso fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cido Urbano quite easily take care of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Caras players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Muzambinho.
