Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Maurinho Mazza started the match with the kick off. Betão Aguiar hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After 8 played minutes Livramento AD got a freekick which was hit by Betão Aguiar. Livramento AD's Reinaldo Xavier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurinho Mazza in the 11th minute of play. Frédson Freire kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Oswaldo Ramos came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Livramento AD's Rodrigo Carioca. But to his dismay, Rodrigo Carioca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Fábio Quaresma struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Oswaldo Ramos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Livramento AD. Edgar Dantas might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Reinaldo Xavier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgar Dantas ran back to his position shaking his head. Reinaldo Xavier came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Gangorra FC's Edgar Dantas. But to his dismay, Edgar Dantas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Edgar Dantas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Reinaldo Xavier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adrianinho Meireles shot the penalty kick right outside the post.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fábio Quaresma to strike the kick off in the second half. When Fábio Quaresma came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Livramento AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fábio Quaresma couldn't finish the play. 57 minutes into the game, Gangorra FC's Edgar Dantas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reinaldo Xavier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. When Rodrigo Carioca came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Livramento AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Carioca couldn't finish the play. Maurinho Mazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fábio Quaresma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Oswaldo Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oswaldo Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fábio Quaresma, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Maurinho Mazza's late challenge caught a Livramento AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maurinho Mazza helped the player get up and apologised. After 72 played minutes Gangorra FC got a freekick which was hit by Maurinho Mazza. Fábio Quaresma recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Rodrigo Carioca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Livramento AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Carioca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oswaldo Ramos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 83rdth minute of the game Maurinho Mazza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Livramento AD's Reinaldo Xavier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Livramento AD's goalkeeper Reinaldo Xavier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgar Dantas. Edgar Dantas struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Reinaldo Xavier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gangorra FC.
