In the 8th minute, Vladimir Quaresma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15thth minute of the game Wilian Oliveira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cerquilho AD's Cristiano Montenegro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Pracinha's Vladimir Quaresma got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 23rd minute there was a penalty for Pracinha. Ademar Lima stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cristiano Montenegro. 0-1. 25 minutes into the game, Jarbas Paiva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cerquilho AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pracinha the free kick. Jarbas Paiva hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. João Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. José Maria Linares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cerquilho AD's Cristiano Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilian Oliveira in the 37th minute of play. José Maria Linares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelinho Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 48 minutes into the match, Pracinha's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelinho Marquez came free, but José Maria Linares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Cerquilho AD players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pracinha were winning 0-2.

Wilian Oliveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Cristiano Montenegro made a huge save. Wilian Oliveira took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristiano Montenegro. Cristiano Montenegro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. If João Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 1-3 when João Antunes sped through Pracinha's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of José Maria Linares. Wilian Oliveira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Cristiano Montenegro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Marcelinho Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Maria Linares having to interfere. Tomás Ferreira kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the game, João Antunes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. José Maria Linares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 99th minute, João Antunes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
