Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Américo Nunes took the kick off in the first half of the match. Américo Nunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juninho Viana kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Américo Nunes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Igor Amaral who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Dionísio Soeiro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dionísio Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Américo Nunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 22nd minute Américo Nunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionísio Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Américo Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Amaral took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dionísio Soeiro. Dionísio Soeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Dionísio Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Américo Nunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Anhemby's Arnaldo Peres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Fernando da Mata in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Deivid de Senna made a kick off. If Igor Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Américo Nunes might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dionísio Soeiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Américo Nunes ran back to his position shaking his head. When Igor Amaral came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Anhemby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Amaral couldn't finish the play. If Luís Fernando da Mata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deivid de Senna in the 64th minute of play forced Anhemby's goalkeeper Arnaldo Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luís Fernando da Mata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Arnaldo Peres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 76 played minutes Deivid de Senna rounded Anhemby's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Dionísio Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Américo Nunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute of the match Juvenal Moreira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnaldo Peres showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Itanhomy AD's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
