Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Leandro Mandrak took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Campeira FC booed when Azevem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernão Cardozo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alberto Alagoano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute Laércio Leal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Monteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bruno Prestes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laércio Leal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Afonso Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 16 minutes, Leandro Mandrak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azevem's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leandro Mandrak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 21 played minutes Campeira FC got a freekick which was hit by Dorival Barros. In the 24th minute, Campeira FC's Vítor Cardoso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 35th minute, José Vítor Loureiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Leandro Mandrak came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Azevem fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leandro Mandrak couldn't finish the play. Alberto Alagoano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zé Mandrak in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute Vítor Cardoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Alagoano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afonso Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernão Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vítor Cardoso to strike the kick off in the second half. Alberto Alagoano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vítor Cardoso in the 65th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Azevem's Fernão Cardozo got a free kick in the 65th minute. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Azevem's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Murilo Sarmento was slow to take the kick. During this time Campeira FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Kiko Freitas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Azevem's Alberto Alagoano did a great save. Leandro Mandrak struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Afonso Monteiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azevem. Campeira FC's Afonso Monteiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Campeira FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laércio Leal got free with Afonso Monteiro in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leandro Mandrak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the match, Campeira FC's goalkeeper Afonso Monteiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laércio Leal.
