The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After some careless play in the Juremal defense, Fernão Toscano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alex de Queirós. The Juremal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alex de Queirós should have stopped the shot. Ihum FC's Aníbal Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guilherme Xavier in the 23rd minute of play. Tiago de Senas short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Aníbal Queirós to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Jacinto Ortiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 35 played minutes Juremal got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Brodel. Alex de Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edson de Godoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Fernão Toscano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The wind increased when Edson de Godoy made the kick off in the second half. Jacinto Ortiz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aníbal Queirós having to make a save. Fernão Toscano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aníbal Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Ortiz in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Tiago de Sena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fernão Toscano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sílvio Zanette hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Edson de Godoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacinto Ortiz struck a weak shot in the 90th minute.
