Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Augusto Galvão got the match started through his kick off. 11 minutes into the match, Pirajai's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Penha came free, but Bruno Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augusto Galvão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Coelho having to interfere. When Augusto Galvão came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Chavantes SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Galvão couldn't finish the play. Kauan Paranaense received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Natanael Faria came out and tried to block the shot, but Kauan Paranaense slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute, Henrique Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diego Penha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Coelho having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Chavantes SC's goalkeeper Natanael Faria had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guto Teles. In the 33rd minute, one of Chavantes SC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chavantes SC. When the match had been going on for 36 minutes, Pirajai's Edmundo Tróia got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Natanael Faria. In the 41st minute of the match, Guto Teles got a very nice opportunity to score, but Natanael Faria was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Galvão in the 43rd minute of play forced Pirajai's goalkeeper Bruno Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guto Teles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Kauan Paranaense made the kick off in the second half. Natanael Faria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauan Paranaense in the 53rd minute of play. Chavantes SC's Natanael Faria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guto Teles in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Chavantes SC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Evaristo Cardozo hit a great ball. When Zé Augusto Palmeira fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chavantes SC's protests and gave Zé Augusto Palmeira a yellow card for diving instead. Zé Augusto Palmeira kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Natanael Faria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kauan Paranaense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Pirajai booed when Chavantes SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesinha Guedes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chavantes SC's zone, Kauan Paranaense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Natanael Faria came out of the goal and Kauan Paranaense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. During the 76th minute of the match Zé Augusto Palmeira completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Zé Augusto Palmeira a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 77th match minute, Chavantes SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Augusto Palmeira to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute of the match Edmundo Tróia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Natanael Faria skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the Chavantes SC defense, Kauan Paranaense kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Natanael Faria. The Chavantes SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Natanael Faria should have stopped the shot. Guto Teles struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Natanael Faria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pirajai. If Kauan Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pirajai had won after a very even match.
