Benê de Toledo came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Igapira's João Carlos Trancoso. But to his dismay, João Carlos Trancoso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Carlos Trancoso in the 8th minute of play forced Fua EC's goalkeeper Benê de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fua EC's Benê de Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Fernandez in the 16th minute of play. Benê de Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Carlos Trancoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Vítor Machado in the 24th minute of play forced Igapira's goalkeeper Adolfo Ramalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 26 minutes, Rogério Figueiredo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fua EC and the Igapira players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 26th match minute, Fua EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogério Figueiredo to maneuver through the defense. Benê de Toledo came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Igapira's João Carlos Trancoso. But to his dismay, João Carlos Trancoso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Hugo de Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Marquinhos Sá kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Cássio Fernandez notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Fua EC's Benê de Toledo. Benê de Toledo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Valdo Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, José Vítor Machado dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adolfo Ramalho, 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Benê de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Fernandez in the 51st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Igapira's Cássio Fernandez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benê de Toledo. That made the score 1-4 after 53 minutes of play. Adolfo Ramalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Vítor Machado in the 59th minute of play. Didi da Silveira hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Fua EC's Didi da Silveira tried to score from far away in the 66th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. José Vítor Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Adolfo Ramalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Carlos Trancoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute of the match, Cássio Fernandez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Benê de Toledo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Valdo Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fua EC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cássio Fernandez 88 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-5.
