Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Leonardo Negri kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd match minute, Itamatare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Faria to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th match minute, Itamatare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmílson Melo to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the match, Itamatare's goal looked a bit too open when Walmyr Sá came free, but Erasmo Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frederico Prestes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fábio Meirelles having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Itamatare's zone, Leonardo Negri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erasmo Eger came out of the goal and Leonardo Negri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Leonardo Negri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Itamatare's Edmílson Melo in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Andirobal SC's goalie prevented a goal. Luiz Fábio Meirelles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmílson Melo, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Fellipe de Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serginho Mangueira kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Fellipe de Amorim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
The wind increased when Edmílson Melo made the kick off in the second half. Fellipe de Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Luiz Fábio Meirelles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nilson Valle took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erasmo Eger. Itamatare's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 66 minutes, Edmílson Melo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itamatare's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmílson Melo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute, Leonardo Negri made a precise shot to the right of Erasmo Eger. Itamatare's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Luiz Fábio Meirelles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmílson Melo in the 74th minute of play. Edmílson Melo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fábio Meirelles having to interfere. 1-1 became the score in the 81st minute when Edmílson Melo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Leonardo Negri charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonardo Negri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 86 played minutes Andirobal SC got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Negri. The audience was convinced that Edmílson Melo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luiz Fábio Meirelles was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. The supporters of Itamatare booed when Andirobal SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mané Antunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 90 played minutes Andirobal SC got a freekick which was hit by Renato Prata. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
