The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thiago Machado to strike the kick off in the second half. 1-2 became the score in the 54th minute when Kléber Queiroz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Samuca de Carvalho fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aguacuzinho's protests and gave Samuca de Carvalho a yellow card for diving instead. Itiquira FC's Dorian Marques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Itiquira FC from getting a goal against them. If Kléber Queiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dorian Marques was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Thiago Machado showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 76 minute of play. In the 80th minute, Bruno Baptista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
