Lúcio Bezerra ran back to his position shaking his head. 88 minutes into the match, Caririacu's goal looked a bit too open when Ademar Leão came free, but Erivaldo Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erivaldo Ferraz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ademar Leão's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Donato Carioca notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Landim FC's Erasmo Mazza. Erasmo Mazza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
