If Enio Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 13 minutes, Mauro Vides mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carmona and the Bemposta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Carmona's Mauro Vides got a free kick in the 14th minute. Gil Albuquerque fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beto Arantes having to interfere. In the 17th minute Benjamin Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beto Arantes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enio Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Michel Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Hílton Dante managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bemposta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hílton Dante was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beto Arantes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Bemposta FC booed when Carmona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Vides didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Michel Proença to make the kick off. In the 56th minute, Edinho Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Beto Arantes was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ismael da Cunha. Carmona's Beto Arantes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Carmona from getting a goal against them. In the 59th minute, Edinho Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th match minute, Bemposta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. Hílton Dante hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Yuri Pontes's late challenge caught a Carmona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yuri Pontes helped the player get up and apologised. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michel Proença in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eliseu de Sena saved Bemposta FC from getting behind. Alfredinho Bueno kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Michel Proença received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Eliseu de Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Carmona's zone, Benjamin Fonseca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beto Arantes came out of the goal and Benjamin Fonseca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88th minute of the match Matías Luz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eliseu de Sena showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Enio Guerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu de Sena having to interfere. In the 93rdth minute of the game Michel Proença who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bemposta FC's Eliseu de Sena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 95th play minutes Michel Proença shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Eliseu de Sena and just under the crossbar into goal. Carmona were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Bemposta FC for a fine match.
