Clóvis Bastos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Duarte having to interfere. Evandro Urbano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evandro Urbano in the 7th minute of play forced Cascadura's goalkeeper Dida Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 15 minutes, Clóvis Bastos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gostoso FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clóvis Bastos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Clóvis Bastos took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dida Duarte. Dida Duarte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Evandro Urbano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute of the match, Rafa Tavares got a very nice opportunity to score, but Edmílson Simão was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Gostoso FC's Edmílson Simão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sérgio Prado in the 25th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Sérgio Prado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cascadura fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 28th minute, Evandro Urbano made a precise shot to the right of Dida Duarte. Cascadura's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Cascadura's goalkeeper Dida Duarte, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Clóvis Bastos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sérgio Prado made a kick off. Cascadura's Dida Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evandro Urbano in the 59th minute of play. Clóvis Bastos in the 62ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dida Duarte, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Dida Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evandro Urbano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adriano Tavares's late challenge caught a Cascadura's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adriano Tavares helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd minute, Adriano Tavares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee ignored Gostoso FC's protests and gave Rafa Perez a yellow card for diving instead. Rafa Perez kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. When Cascadura's Rafa Tavares in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Gostoso FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafa Tavares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Sérgio Prado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dida Duarte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Clóvis Bastos went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. Evandro Urbano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Dida Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
