Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nilton Meirelles got the match started through his kick off. Nilton Meirelles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Waldemar Peixoto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Edinho Gonçalves kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Badajos's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Félix came free, but Waldemar Peixoto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulinho Vidal got in the 24th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Valdomiro Arruda handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Pedro Luiz Paes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Waldemar Peixoto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmundo Félix made a kick off. When Pedro Luiz Paes came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Chicaozinho EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Luiz Paes couldn't finish the play. Valdomiro Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulinho Vidal in the 57th minute of the match. Waldemar Peixoto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Félix, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Waldemar Peixoto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Félix in the 68th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulinho Vidal in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valdomiro Arruda saved Chicaozinho EC from getting behind. The referee ignored Badajos's protests and gave Antônio Carlos Nogueira a yellow card for diving instead. After 95 played minutes Badajos got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Carlos Nogueira. With a little luck, Badajos's Waldemar Peixoto got control of the ball when Pedro Luiz Paes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chicaozinho EC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
