A collision led to Sarvuela SC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Armandinho Garcia hit a great ball. Reynaldo Loureiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Penha having to interfere. Antônio Abraão struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Severino de Mendonça didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarvuela SC. When Sebastião Bertassi came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Aracu SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastião Bertassi couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Sarvuela SC booed when Aracu SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltazar do Valle didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 38 played minutes Aracu SC got a freekick which was hit by Baltazar do Valle. In the 39th minute of the match Natã Mesquita sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Severino de Mendonça skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, Sarvuela SC's Lino Penha got control of the ball when Reynaldo Loureiro tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The wind increased when Sebastião Bertassi made the kick off in the second half. Antônio Abraão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino de Mendonça having to interfere. A collision led to Aracu SC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. William Ramos hit a great ball. Aracu SC's Severino de Mendonça proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Aracu SC from getting a goal against them. In the 66th minute, Sebastião Bertassi made a precise shot to the right of Lino Penha. Sarvuela SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 69th match minute, Sarvuela SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armandinho Garcia to maneuver through the defense. Lino Penha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Loureiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Sebastião Bertassi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Penha having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Aracu SC's Ian Gaspar got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 84th minute, Oscar Coutinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lino Penha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastião Bertassi's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. After 93 minutes of play Aracu SC's Ian Gaspar was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 93 played minutes Aracu SC got a freekick which was hit by Ian Gaspar. Oscar Coutinho was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 95th minute. Sarvuela SC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Aracu SC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
