The crowd rose to their feet as Jatuarana AD's Sabino Varela slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Doni Seco. That made the score 0-3 after 83 minutes of play. After having played for 87 minutes, Juninho Leite managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jatuarana AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juninho Leite was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sabino Varela blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Doni Seco having to make a save. Juninho Leite's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Doni Seco firmly grabbed it by the left post. Bebeto Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jatuarana AD's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
