Mateus Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Artur Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldo Miranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Mussum booed when Kapiting SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elder da Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mateus Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute Ronaldo Miranda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
