Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Larga SS's Jairo Galvão started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Jairo Galvão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Velasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sílvio Coutinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7thth minute of the game Jairo Galvão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Massacara's Roger Velasco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Larga SS defense, Paulo José Vidal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nico Meireles. The Larga SS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nico Meireles should have stopped the shot. When Júlio Gaspar came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Larga SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Júlio Gaspar couldn't finish the play. After 22 played minutes Massacara got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fabiano Cruz. Júlio Gaspar's shot from long distance in the 22nd minute was not bad at all, but Massacara's Roger Velasco knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. After a rather tough play, Massacara's Hamílton Souza got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 29th match minute, Massacara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvério Quaresma to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute Anselmo Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nico Meireles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Murillo Alves fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Larga SS's protests and gave Murillo Alves a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd minute, Murillo Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 35 minutes, Júlio Gaspar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Larga SS and the Massacara players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 36th minute there was a penalty for Massacara. Marquinhos Sena stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nico Meireles. 0-2. Silvério Quaresma kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hamílton Souza during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hamílton Souza hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Roger Velasco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sílvio Coutinho in the 44th minute. After 45 minutes, Silvério Quaresma mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Massacara and the Larga SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Larga SS booed when Massacara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvério Quaresma didn't get a good kick on the ball. A nice corner shot did that Júlio Gaspar got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Roger Velasco quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

In the 55th minute, Jairo Galvão made a precise shot to the right of Roger Velasco. Massacara's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 60thth minute of the game Anselmo Veiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Larga SS's Nico Meireles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luiz Fabiano Cruz charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luiz Fabiano Cruz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 64th minute, Luiz Fabiano Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Massacara's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Júlio Gaspar was slow to take the kick. During this time Larga SS's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Larga SS's corner Júlio Gaspar fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Roger Velasco quite easily take care of the ball. Rafinha Mesquita hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the game, one of Larga SS:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Nico Meireles, was totally fooled by Massacara's Marquinhos Sena, who 74 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Paulo José Vidal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nico Meireles having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Anselmo Veiga put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Nico Meireles. The supporters of Larga SS booed when Massacara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvério Quaresma didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roger Velasco came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Larga SS's Jairo Galvão. But to his dismay, Jairo Galvão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. Roger Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Galvão in the 96th minute of the match. 98 minutes into the match, Larga SS's goalkeeper Nico Meireles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo José Vidal. The Massacara players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
