Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Estrenta AD's zone, Bruno Catarinense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nildo Marques came out of the goal and Bruno Catarinense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 5th minute, Benê Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Catarinense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13th match minute, Estrenta AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Ramos to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Estrenta AD's Eriberto Ramos got a free kick in the 16th minute. After 18 minutes of play, Estrenta AD's Sandrinho Nóbrega made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dedê Ferraz was left in no man's land by his defense there! With his leg Dedê Ferraz managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Estrenta AD's Sandrinho Nóbrega fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 23 minutes into the match, Cumaruma's goal looked a bit too open when Bebeto Ferraz came free, but Dedê Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sandrinho Nóbrega might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dedê Ferraz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sandrinho Nóbrega ran back to his position shaking his head. Dedê Ferraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bebeto Ferraz, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 38 minutes into the game, Cumaruma's Gilvan Rezende nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nildo Marques made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After 46 minutes of play, Estrenta AD's Sandrinho Nóbrega made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dedê Ferraz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Bebeto Ferraz made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cumaruma's goalkeeper Dedê Ferraz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Bruno Catarinense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63 minutes of play, Estrenta AD's Bebeto Ferraz made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dedê Ferraz was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandrinho Nóbrega in the 67th minute of play forced Cumaruma's goalkeeper Dedê Ferraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Bebeto Ferraz came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Estrenta AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bebeto Ferraz couldn't finish the play. Gilvan Rezende's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nildo Marques read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Gilvan Rezende made a precise shot to the right of Nildo Marques. Estrenta AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. In the 82ndth minute of the game Sandrinho Nóbrega who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cumaruma's Dedê Ferraz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilvan Rezende got free with Nildo Marques in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Bebeto Ferraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Estrenta AD fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cumaruma had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
