In the 25th minute Frederico Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Fernando Quirino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augusto Vides showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinícius Bertassi in the 41st minute of the match. After 71 played minutes, Mangalo's Simão Leão shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Augusto Vides came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mangalo reached it. Luís Fernando Quirino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardinho Sampaio in the 75th minute. Frederico Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Norberto Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Luís Fernando Quirino acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 97th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Sabino Pontes. The Paranapolis EC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
