Ismael Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jaboty FC's José Augusto Berger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mazinho Prata in the 10th minute of play. Ismael Ferreiras short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Luís Fábio Luz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ismael Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Fábio Luz having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Jaboty FC's Álvaro Marinho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luís Fábio Luz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. José Augusto Berger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abelardo Veiga's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. José Augusto Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Veiga in the 20th minute of play. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When Victor Ramos was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 54 minutes had been played. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Ferreira couldn't finish the play. José Augusto Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mazinho Prata in the 67th minute of play. Abelardo Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. The Jaboty FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 90th match minute, Campestre AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toninho Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. Jaboty FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Campestre AD for a fine match.
