A collision led to Copaiba getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Conrado Netto hit a great ball. Zé Roberto Barreto kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Eliézer Koehler might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rui Luz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eliézer Koehler ran back to his position shaking his head. Robinho Souto kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Eliézer Koehler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Rui Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Guarima's goalkeeper Rui Luz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zé Roberto Barreto. Rui Luz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliézer Koehler in the 27th minute of the match. Horácio Mota kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Guarima's Rui Luz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Guarima from getting a goal against them. Guarima's Rui Luz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliézer Koehler in the 35th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mauro Santos during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mauro Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Rui Luz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Adalmo Mandrak. Eusébio Messias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nildo Pires having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Percival Toledo to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Copaiba's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Santos came free, but Nildo Pires reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Eliézer Koehler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Copaiba's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliézer Koehler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rui Luz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robinho Souto charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robinho Souto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Guarima getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Robinho Souto hit a great ball. Teodoro de Almeida's late challenge caught a Guarima's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodoro de Almeida helped the player get up and apologised. After 63 played minutes Copaiba got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro de Almeida. After having played for 67 minutes, Eusébio Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guarima's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusébio Messias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Percival Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nildo Pires having to interfere. Samuel Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Eliézer Koehler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Copaiba booed when Guarima was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romário Rossi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Roberto Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Luz having to interfere. Eliézer Koehler struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Rui Luz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Copaiba. In the 91st minute, Raphael Moreno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Conrado Netto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eusébio Messias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Nildo Pires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
