With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kauan Palmeira in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfredão Valadares saved Itu SS from getting behind. Flávio Matorin took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gino Madureira. Gino Madureira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Amauri Pimenta kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Kauan Palmeira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kauan Palmeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Itu SS's Armandinho Cruz got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Enchu's Benjamin de Amaral sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfredão Valadares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kauan Palmeira in the 44th minute of play forced Itu SS's goalkeeper Alfredão Valadares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flávio Matorin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 47thth minute, Gino Madureira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ricardinho Mumbach made a kick off. When Gil Mesquita fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Itu SS's protests and gave Gil Mesquita a yellow card for diving instead. Amauri Pimenta was shown his second yellow card after 75 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 76th minute, Amauri Pimenta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfredão Valadares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kauan Palmeira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 77 minute of play. Alfredão Valadares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kauan Palmeira in the 81st minute of the match.
