If Marcelo Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonçalo Toscano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudinho Vianna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of César Barbosa's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Imbu EC's Claudinho Vianna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César Barbosa in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcelo Proença stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gonçalo Toscanos short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Frédson Félix to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Claudinho Vianna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cássio Pernambucano, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. With a little luck, Sitiozinho's Frédson Félix got control of the ball when Gonçalo Toscano tried to sneak it across the goal line. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the match, Sitiozinho's goalkeeper Frédson Félix had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gonçalo Toscano. The Sitiozinho supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Imbu EC's performance. The match ended with a win for Imbu EC.
