Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Jano Torres made the kick off and thus started the match. If Jano Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Enéas Travassos came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Macava SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enéas Travassos couldn't finish the play. Inácio Quirino's late challenge caught a Macava SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Inácio Quirino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th match minute, Lessa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inácio Quirino to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enéas Travassos in the 21st minute of play forced Lessa's goalkeeper Fred Valadares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Macava SS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Jano Torres scored to the left of an out of position Américo Lima, making the score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jano Torres in the 30th minute of play forced Macava SS's goalkeeper Américo Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sílvio Luís da Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Renato Dantas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute, Cícero Zonta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sílvio Luís da Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Américo Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jano Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
After 54 played minutes Lessa got a freekick which was hit by Jano Torres. Jano Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Américo Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 61 in the game by Sílvio Luís da Silva from a close distance when the talented Fred Valadares managed to make a qualified save. Lessa's players were relieved. 67 minutes into the match, Macava SS's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Renato Dantas came free, but Américo Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st match minute, Macava SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geovani Palmeira to maneuver through the defense. Américo Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Renato Dantas in the 74th minute of play. Paulo Renato Dantas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jano Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Américo Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Renato Dantas in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute, Jano Torres made a precise shot to the right of Américo Lima. Macava SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. A collision led to Macava SS getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Geovani Palmeira hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jano Torres in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Américo Lima saved Macava SS from getting behind. Lessa walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
