Luís Gustavo Marinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cauan de Castro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Vítor Loyola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Rinare's Donato Schmidt got a free kick in the 12th minute. João Vítor Loyola came free with the goalkeeper in the 13th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Luís Gustavo Marinho could save by the left post. In the 19th minute André Luís Nogueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kléber Luz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Celso Bittencourt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the game, André Luís Nogueira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kléber Luz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luís Gustavo Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cauan de Castro in the 31st minute of the match. Rinare's Luís Gustavo Marinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cauan de Castro in the 33rd minute of play. After 41 minutes, Ismael Oliveira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fachinal and the Rinare players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 41 played minutes Fachinal got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Oliveira. After 42 minutes of play Fachinal's Ismael Oliveira was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Ismael Oliveira hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The Fachinal players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rinare were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and João Vítor Loyola made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Donato Schmidt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rinare's supporters rose to their feet, but Donato Schmidt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kléber Luz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Agostinho Baiano charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Agostinho Baiano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Agostinho Baiano kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Donato Schmidt kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. A collision led to Fachinal getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Fernandinho de Lara hit a great ball. Rinare's Paulo Renato Félix couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Fachinal. João Vítor Loyola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Gustavo Marinho having to interfere. In the 68th minute Fernandinho de Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Gustavo Marinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, Cauan de Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celso Bittencourt's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kléber Luz firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 73rd play minute Celso Bittencourt came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Kléber Luz. 0-2. If João Vítor Loyola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kléber Luz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Luís Nogueira in the 79th minute of the match. Kléber Luz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Luís Nogueira in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd match minute, Fachinal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauan de Castro to maneuver through the defense. In the 85thth minute of the game André Luís Nogueira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fachinal's Kléber Luz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Celso Bittencourt could shoot a difficult shot in the 87th minute, which Kléber Luz however easily saved by the left post. Kléber Luz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Schmidt in the 90th minute of play. When the match clock showed 97 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Celso Bittencourt sped through Fachinal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kléber Luz. Rinare's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
