Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Falcão Maia kicked off to start the match. After having played for 4 minutes, Ulisses Guerra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Frades's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulisses Guerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 5th minute, Cacá Barreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the match, Manissobal SS's goalkeeper Delfim Tasso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulisses Guerra. The crowd rose to their feet as Ulisses Guerra kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Delfim Tasso. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Cafu Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enéas Romero having to interfere. Enéas Romero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cafu Figueiredo's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. In the 14th match minute, Frades was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celsinho Schmidt to maneuver through the defense. Delfim Tasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falcão Maia in the 17th minute of the match. With his leg Delfim Tasso managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Frades's Falcão Maia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 28th minute, Natanael Terra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natanael Terra in the 29th minute of play forced Frades's goalkeeper Enéas Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Cafu Figueiredo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manissobal SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Cafu Figueiredo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enéas Romero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Falcão Maia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Delfim Tasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Ulisses Guerra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Delfim Tasso was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Enéas Romero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natanael Terra, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cafu Figueiredo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes, Ulisses Guerra made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Manissobal SS's Delfim Tasso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Celsinho Schmidt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Delfim Tasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Manissobal SS's Haroldo Pimenta got a free kick in the 64th minute. After 66 played minutes, Frades's Ivo Galvão shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Delfim Tasso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Frades reached it. In the 82nd minute, Cacá Barreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the game, Frades's Ulisses Guerra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Delfim Tasso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Fernão Soeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Tasso having to interfere. Delfim Tasso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Falcão Maia, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Frades had won after a very even match.
