Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. César Nóbrega started the match with the kick off. Murilo Ceresso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Róbson Neiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Galvão in the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Douglas Fantini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Róbson Neiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Galvão in the 16th minute of play forced Ijuhy FC's goalkeeper Róbson Neiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute of the match Víktor Reis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Denílson Perez skillfully saved the ball. Douglas Fantini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Diogo Magalhães fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ijuhy FC's protests and gave Diogo Magalhães a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th match minute, Ijuhy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diogo Magalhães to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the game, Urussui's Douglas Fantini nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Róbson Neiva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Leandro Galvão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Urussui's supporters rose to their feet, but Leandro Galvão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Róbson Neiva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Ijuhy FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Diogo Magalhães hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Diogo Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Leandro Galvão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Urussui fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. César Nóbrega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Urussui were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Douglas Fantini to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Urussui's goal looked a bit too open when César Nóbrega came free, but Denílson Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56thth minute of the game Douglas Fantini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ijuhy FC's Róbson Neiva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Urussui getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Simão de Queiroz hit a great ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Leandro Galvão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Urussui's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leandro Galvão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 75th minute, Ijuhy FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Douglas Fantini fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Denílson Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serginho Lira in the 77th minute of play. Serginho Lira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denílson Perez having to interfere. Denílson Perez went to the wrong direction when Víktor Reis was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The referee gave Ijuhy FC a penalty, 87 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Víktor Reis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Urussui's Denílson Perez. 1-2. Denílson Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serginho Lira in the 96th minute of the match. After having played for 98 minutes, Leandro Galvão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Urussui's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leandro Galvão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Urussui eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
