Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Waldir Figueiredo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tibúrcio Coelho went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maurinho Arósio during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Maurinho Arósio kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edu Mello in the 10th minute of play forced Terezinha's goalkeeper Waldir Figueiredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Roger Barreto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Terezinha fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 18 minutes into the match, Terezinha's goal looked a bit too open when Edu Mello came free, but Waldir Figueiredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Corcunda AD's Edu Mello sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Waldir Figueiredo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 22 minutes, Edu Mello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corcunda AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edu Mello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Waldir Figueiredo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tibúrcio Coelho in the 24th minute. An unexpected shot in the 29th minute by Tibúrcio Coelho got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Edu Mello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldir Figueiredo having to interfere. With his leg Waldir Figueiredo managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Corcunda AD's Tibúrcio Coelho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Corcunda AD's Edu Mello in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Terezinha's goalie prevented a goal. A hard, long distance shot from Umberto de Lara flew over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edu Mello was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Corcunda AD's Evandro Melo made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Waldir Figueiredo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 55th minute, Roger Barreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ademir Pinheiro hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Tibúrcio Coelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Corcunda AD booed when Terezinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maurinho Arósio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Corcunda AD's goal looked a bit too open when Ademir Pinheiro came free, but Tião Brodel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roger Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th match minute, Corcunda AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raúl Alagoano to maneuver through the defense. Roger Barreto's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tião Brodel firmly grabbed it by the left post. The supporters of Corcunda AD booed when Terezinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diogo Pimenta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edu Mello struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Waldir Figueiredo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corcunda AD. After having played for 85 minutes, Tibúrcio Coelho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corcunda AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tibúrcio Coelho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Waldir Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tibúrcio Coelho in the 94th minute of play. Terezinha's Roger Barreto got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Terezinha players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Corcunda AD.
