In the 35th minute Sebastião Vianna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisinho Valadares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastião Vianna to strike the kick off in the second half. Canhuma AD's Ivo Vides proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Canhuma AD from getting a goal against them. Mucuje's Zacarias Koehler got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Zacarias Koehler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronaldão Penas short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Ivo Vides to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 90 minutes into the game, Canhuma AD's Alfredinho Carneiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luisinho Valadares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a rather tough play, Mucuje's Rafinha Pimenta got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Sebastião Vianna succeeded in the game's 95th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. Mucuje's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
