Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ismael Chaves started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Gláuber Abreu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Gláuber Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felippe Veloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Chaves, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Felippe Veloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Chaves in the 13th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Daniel Motta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute Ismael Chaves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felippe Veloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Chaves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felippe Veloso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Martelet AD's Régis Linares got a free kick in the 27th minute. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Gláuber Abreu took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Eliézer Lira to make any attempt to save it. Guilherme Paulista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute, Ismael Chaves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felippe Veloso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 45th minute, Digo Vidal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Chaves in the 46th minute of play forced Martelet AD's goalkeeper Felippe Veloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gláuber Abreu to make the kick off. Ismael Chaves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Felippe Veloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felippe Veloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Chaves in the 75th minute of play. Mazinho Rodrigues's late challenge caught a Martelet AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mazinho Rodrigues helped the player get up and apologised. Mazinho Rodrigues was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Martelet AD booed when Muriti EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mazinho Rodrigues didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Muriti EC's goalkeeper Eliézer Lira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Digo Vidal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felippe Veloso having to make a save. Muriti EC played a much better game than Martelet AD and deserved their victory. The Martelet AD players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
