Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jonathan Paulista kicked off to start the match. After 3 minutes, Agenor Matos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coque and the Acurizal players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Coque was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agenor Matos to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zé Roberto dos Santos in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Quirino saved Acurizal from getting behind. Zé Roberto dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Quirino having to interfere. If Artur Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 18 played minutes Acurizal got a freekick which was hit by Nando Braga. Wiliam Furtado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Paulista in the 21st minute of the match. Albertinho Alagoano got in the 23rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Wiliam Furtado handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zé Roberto dos Santos in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilson Quirino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Artur Leme's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Wilson Quirino firmly grabbed it by the left post. Acurizal's Wilson Quirino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Roberto dos Santos in the 39th minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Acurizal's Albertinho Alagoano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wiliam Furtado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 49th minute, Zé Roberto dos Santos fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 54th minute, Artur Leme left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Coque fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Jorge Ferraz charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Ferraz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jonathan Paulista struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Wiliam Furtado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acurizal. If Jonathan Paulista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilson Quirino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Leme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nando Braga kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Zé Roberto dos Santos notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Acurizal's Wilson Quirino. Wilson Quirino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 74 minutes into the game, Albertinho Alagoano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Wiliam Furtado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zé Roberto dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Quirino having to interfere. A collision led to Acurizal getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Raphael Velasco hit a great ball. In the 81st minute Zé Roberto dos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Quirino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute Jonathan Paulista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiliam Furtado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When João Vítor Castro fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coque's protests and gave João Vítor Castro a yellow card for diving instead. If Jonathan Paulista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 98th minute, Coque's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Albertinho Alagoano fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Coque had won after a very even match.
