Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Benjamin Peixoto kicked off to start the match. Passarao's Paulo José Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Peixoto in the 6th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Benjamin Peixoto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cacapava FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benjamin Peixoto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulo José Velloso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37th minute Silvério Damião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubens Mumbach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the game, Silvério Damião recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rubens Mumbach. Silvério Damião showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 44 minutes into the game, one of Cacapava FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silvério Damião made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Passarao's goalkeeper Paulo José Velloso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enio Tróia. After having played for 58 minutes, Enio Tróia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cacapava FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enio Tróia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patrick Aguiar hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Luiz Gustavo Mazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Rubens Mumbach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, one of Cacapava FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cacapava FC. The referee gave Passarao a penalty, 67 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cipriano Velloso, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cacapava FC's Rubens Mumbach. 2-0. The Passarao fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when Passarao's Eduardo Bezerra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Benjamin Peixoto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Passarao fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cacapava FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
