Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ernani Maranhense started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Vitório do Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Willian Coelho hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the match, Beirao AD's Marcos Coelho broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Tostão Gonçalves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reynaldo Sampaio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Cristian Negri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reynaldo Sampaio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernani Maranhense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vitório do Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Serafim Diniz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Natã Alcântara having to make a save. Tostão Gonçalves hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Beirao AD's goalkeeper Natã Alcântara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Reynaldo Sampaio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernani Maranhense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Beirao AD's zone, Vitório do Nascimento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Natã Alcântara came out of the goal and Vitório do Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 37 minutes, Ernani Maranhense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beirao AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernani Maranhense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when Vitório do Nascimento made the kick off in the second half. Natã Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitório do Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Negri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reynaldo Sampaio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Serafim Diniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natã Alcântara having to interfere. Natã Alcântara came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Arauna's Vitório do Nascimento. But to his dismay, Vitório do Nascimento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ernani Maranhense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vitório do Nascimento in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Natã Alcântara saved Beirao AD from getting behind. In the 76thth minute of the game Vitório do Nascimento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Beirao AD's Natã Alcântara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Arauna getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Ciro Chaves hit a great ball. Beirao AD's Marcos Coelho couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 80th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Arauna. Ciro Chaves kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After 89 minutes, Willian Coelho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arauna and the Beirao AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Beirao AD booed when Arauna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willian Coelho didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Arauna walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
